appointments
Flexible booking with clear cancellation guidance.
Booking
Call, email, or use our online consultation form. We’ll find a time that suits you — including evenings where available.
Reminders
We’ll confirm appointments in advance. Please keep your phone number and email up to date so we can reach you.
Running late?
A quick call helps us reorganise the day. If you’re more than 10–15 minutes late we may need to reschedule so other patients aren’t delayed.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible so we can offer the slot to someone waiting. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
Transparent pricing
fees & payment
You’ll always know the cost before treatment starts. We offer private pay-as-you-go care and monthly Denplan options for routine prevention.
- Private fees are explained clearly before treatment begins — no surprises.
- Payment is usually due on the day of treatment unless we agree a plan with you.
- We accept major debit and credit cards, and bank transfer by arrangement.
- Denplan members may have routine care included in their monthly plan.
- Complex or multi-stage treatment can often be staged to spread cost over time.
Need a written estimate for larger treatment? Ask at your consultation — we’re happy to provide one before you decide.
dental emergencies
In pain, with swelling, or a broken tooth? Call us as early as you can. We keep space for same-day emergency appointments whenever possible.
When to seek urgent help
- ! Severe toothache that pain relief cannot settle
- ! Facial swelling, especially near the eye or neck
- ! Trauma, knocked-out, or badly broken teeth
- ! Bleeding that will not slow with firm pressure
- ! Lost fillings or crowns causing pain or sharp edges
For breathing difficulty, uncontrolled bleeding, or rapidly spreading swelling, attend A&E or call emergency services — do not wait for practice opening hours.

Questions
frequently asked
Do I need to be a registered patient? +
We welcome new patients as well as those already with us. New visitors complete a short registration so we have your medical history before treatment.
How soon can I get an appointment? +
Routine appointments are usually available within a week or two. If you’re in pain, call us — we prioritise same-day emergency slots where we can.
Do you offer Denplan? +
Yes. Denplan helps you budget for routine examinations, hygienist visits, and preventive care. Ask reception for plan details that suit you.
What if I need advice out of hours? +
Call the practice number for any recorded emergency instructions. For severe swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, or breathing difficulty, seek urgent medical care or A&E.
Can I request a particular dentist? +
Wherever possible, yes. Tell us when you book and we’ll do our best to match you with the clinician you prefer.
